FOB XTREME
Superior Water- and Oil-Repellent Protection
FILA FOB XTREME is a breathable water- and oil-repellent protector based on the innovative ADVANCED SOLVENT-BASED TECHNOLOGY developed in the FILA research laboratories. On natural stone, agglomerates, marble, granite, concrete, tuff, wood-plastic composite (WPC), terracotta and unglazed clinker tiles, it makes it harder for water- and oil-based stains arising from everyday use to be absorbed. It does not form a film on the surface, does not alter the original colour and appearance of the material and, being UV-resistant, maintains its performance over time.
It can be used indoors and outdoors and is ideal around kitchens, barbecues and driveways. It is extremely well suited to protecting terrazzo and coloured cement tiles, and is also used as a protective primer before waxing on rustic or textured indoor surfaces. Treated surfaces are suitable for contact with food, and the product is classified A+ under the French VOC regulation.

4-Step Application

Application on Matt Surfaces
Apply the product undiluted to the clean, dry surface with a brush or a plush applicator in a continuous, even layer, also wetting the joints. Before the product dries (approximately 10-15 minutes), remove the excess by dabbing with a clean cloth.

Polished or Brushed Surfaces
Apply the product so that it completely wets the material and the joints. Before the product dries (approximately 10-15 minutes), rub the surface with a microfibre cloth moistened with the product to remove the residue, and dry with a clean cloth.

Second Coat
On highly absorbent materials, where necessary (areas with heavy foot traffic, damp areas or exterior surfaces), apply two coats, waiting 8 hours between coats. A single-disc floor machine can be used to speed up the process.

Drying and Maintenance
The surface can be walked on after 8 hours; stain protection becomes effective after 24 hours. Indoors, a MATT, SATIN, LONGLIFE or CLASSIC finishing wax can be applied if desired. For daily maintenance, use CLEANER PRO diluted 1:200.
Safe Use
Points to Consider
To use the product safely and at maximum efficiency, please read the following points carefully before application.
- Never apply FOB XTREME to surfaces that have previously been waxed.
- In summer, do not apply during the hottest hours of the day. Do not apply outdoors if rain is expected.
- Due to the variety of materials, carry out a test on a small area before application to check for possible colour changes.
- Ventilate the room when applying to indoor surfaces.
- Before application, outdoor floors must have been properly installed and must meet all relevant requirements, including adequate slope, correctly made expansion joints, complete insulation from the underlying substrate and verified suitability for sub-zero temperatures.
- A single-disc floor machine may only be used if it is in perfect working order.
- It does not provide protection against the corrosive action of acids.
- Keep out of the reach of children; do not release into the environment after use.
- Storage: 0-30 °C; surface during application: 5-30 °C.
