Protector for Garage Floors

FILA BETON is a protector with water-based technology developed for indoor concrete floors. It prevents dust formation and the absorption of dirt into the surface, forming a glossy film that is also resistant to forklift and trolley traffic. This prevents the need for dusting and staining, makes maintenance easier and extends the service life of the floor.

It is ideal for industrial facilities, warehouses, showrooms and especially garages. It is supplied ready to use and must not be diluted; it is applied in two coats with a brush or a wax applicator. BETON is classified A+ under the French VOC (volatile organic compound) regulation, and CLEANER PRO diluted 1:200 is recommended for the daily maintenance of floors treated with it.

4-Step Application

Application

Prepare the Floor

Wash the floor thoroughly with a cleaner suited to the type of dirt, rinse and allow the surface to dry completely.
Apply the First Coat

Apply BETON undiluted evenly with a brush or a wax applicator.
Apply the Second Coat

Wait 4 hours; then apply the second coat at right angles to the first.
Daily Maintenance

For daily maintenance, use CLEANER PRO diluted 1:200.

Points to Consider

To use the product safely and at maximum efficiency, please read the following points carefully before application.

Due to the wide variety of concrete surfaces, BETON may not adhere sufficiently to every surface; before application, carry out a test on a small area to check the adhesion of the product to the surface.
It does not provide protection against the corrosive action of acids.
In the event of incorrect application or when the surface protection needs to be completely renewed, strip BETON with PS87 PRO.
Sensitive to frost; store as indicated on the label.
Keep out of the reach of children; do not release into the environment after use.
Storage: 5-30 °C; surface during application: 10-30 °C.
